Circuit Civil Mediation Training


Important Update!

On November 15, 2007 the Florida Supreme Court removed the Bar membership requirement for certified Circuit Court Mediators and amended the Florida Rules for Certified and Court-Appointed Mediators to provide a true point-based mediator certification system!

Course Overview

This 40 hour training combines the study of conflict resolution and its practical applications through lecture, class exercises and demonstrations, video presentations, and participation in role play experiences. Class discussions are always lively, challenging participants with problems they are likely to encounter in actual mediation sessions.
